Frequently Asked Questions
Oilfield supply & fabrication, project management, rig construction
Do you ship overseas/out of country?Yes. We will ship to any location worldwide.
What terms do you offer? On larger projects, we normally accept 50% up front, with the remainder due upon sign off and completion.
What guarantees or warranties do you provide?Typically, all plumbing, electrical, paint and steel work are covered for 1 year.
Are your products built to a code or standard?Yes. All of our products are manufactured to exceed all CSA & API Standards.
Who arranges shipping on your products? It's up to you. Usually our quotes are all FOB Nisku, Alberta. But on request we will arrange shipping to anywhere.
Where do you manufacture your products? For our North American market we build in Western Canada and also have shipped to either the western or eastern coast to catch barges, depending on end destination.
Shipping costs seem high, what are my options? When the situation arises that shipping or time allowances cannot be met by our usual western Canadian manufacturing & shipping procedures, we will get as close to the destination as possible and build it there for you. For example, if you want a range 2 hydraulic catwalk in southern Australia, we will source an adequate facility, materials and labor there and send over what is required from our team of supervisors, engineers and project managers and build it there. This is often faster and more cost-effective than building something here and shipping it to the location.
What makes you different from your competitors? We are able to customize our products throughout the entire building process. Many manufacturers these days can only supply pre-designed parts. We offer you the flexibility to customize your entire design during the manufacturing process. Our team has a long history in both manufacturing and in the field. This expertise definitely sets us apart from our competitors.
What kinds of products do you supply? We supply a wide range of individual products: such as mud gates, bridge gates, hydraulic cylinders, lugs, pins, agitators, etc. We also supply ready to go turnkey catwalks, pumphouses and full drilling rig packages. If you are not sure, just ask.
What types of consulting services do you offer? We offer consulting in all aspects of worldwide land based oilfield drilling equipment. We have team members who can consult on initial concept and design to complete turnkey drilling rig packages.
Do you offer project management?Yes, we have management teams available for every aspect of your project. We offer management for entire projects (from start up to completion), guidance for new fabrication, upgrades or repairs of existing equipment. We also offer direct hands-on administrative, manufacturing, or technical supervision in office, shop, or on location anywhere worldwide.
I have an over budget project. Can you help?Yes, we can take over any project at any point. However, if you are just concerned about how your project is actually doing, we can do a third party assessment of your project and offer you an accurate assessment of anticipated completion date and costs.
Can you provide human resources for the oilfield?
